Drive franchise revenue through local marketing activations and central coordination of all POS material, Balancing national brand guidelines with local activations, coordinate co-branding strategies and local business partnerships with Coca Cola, Kinepolis, Waze. B-C mailings with B post, drive thru activations and in-store promotions. Coordinated international trade fair participation, managing stakeholder relationships between sales networks, agencies, and event organizers to showcase cutting-edge equipment

Repeat assignment- total 11 months duration. Events officer for coordination & participation at various European B-B fairs. Also B-B marketing activities (mailings, prepare invites, internal communication support local offices with POS material and preparing marketing assets)

Long-term strategic partnership developing and executing comprehensive destination marketing initiatives, including media events, trade fair participation, and digital campaigns.

An 18-year partnership and evolution of strategies Adapting marketing strategies over time to changing travel trends (low cost, digitization, promoting the destinatioin year-round and also focus on special interest travel, conferences & incentives. A multitude of various campaigns, events, and initiatives implemented. Collaboration with Studio 100 on various movie productions, tv productions and press trips. Results: Long-term success metrics and relationship building. Visitor numbers increased from 20.000 to over 80.000 visitors.

Orchestrated a digital corporate briefing event, managing all aspects from stakeholder communication to promotional materials and seamless execution
